Voiyant is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all users. This Code applies to all interactions on the Platform, including Sessions, chat, and support communications.

1. Respect and Professionalism

1.1 Treat Others with Respect

  • Treat every user with dignity and respect.
  • Use appropriate language; no hate, harassment, or threats.
  • Respect cultural differences and diverse perspectives.

1.2 Professional Behavior (Avatars)

  • Be punctual and prepared for Sessions.
  • Maintain professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Deliver services as described and communicate clearly.

2. Prohibited Behaviors

2.1 Harassment and Discrimination

Harassment, intimidation, threats, or discrimination are strictly prohibited.
  • No harassment, bullying, or cyberbullying.
  • No discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or protected traits.
  • No offensive, derogatory, or abusive language.

2.2 Inappropriate or Illegal Content

  • No explicit sexual content.
  • No violent, graphic, or disturbing content.
  • No content promoting illegal activities.
  • No content infringing intellectual property rights.

2.3 Fraud and Misrepresentation

  • No false information about identity, qualifications, or services.
  • No scams, fraudulent activity, or chargeback abuse.
  • No manipulation of ratings/reviews.
  • No circumvention of Platform fees or payment systems.

2.4 Privacy Violations

  • No recording Sessions without explicit consent from all parties.
  • No sharing another user's personal information without permission.
  • No attempts to access accounts or data belonging to others.

3. Communication Standards

  • Communications must be relevant, professional, and respectful.
  • No spam, unsolicited advertising, or malicious links.
  • Users should provide reasonable notice for cancellations or changes.

4. Safety and Security

4.1 Account Security

  • Keep your credentials secure; do not share accounts.
  • Use strong passwords and enable available security features.
  • Report suspicious activity immediately.

4.2 Reporting Violations

If you witness or experience violations:

  • Use the "Report" feature or contact support immediately.
  • Provide details (time, user, reason). Attach evidence if safe to do so.
  • Do not retaliate or escalate the situation.

5. Consequences of Violations

  • Warnings
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent ban
  • Legal action in serious cases

Voiyant reserves the right to take action based on severity and context, in its reasonable discretion.

6. Positive Community Values

  • Foster a supportive community.
  • Give constructive feedback.
  • Help keep the Platform safe and welcoming.
