Client Terms & Conditions
1. Client Eligibility & Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for maintaining account security.
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Booking Sessions
2.1 Booking
- Provide accurate information about what you want to see/experience.
- Respect the Avatar's availability and schedule.
- Pay the fees as displayed during booking.
- Join Sessions on time.
2.2 Cancellation
Cancellation policies may vary and are displayed at booking. You agree to comply with the policy shown at the time of purchase, including any cancellation fees.
3. Payments, Holds & Refunds
- You authorize charges to your payment method for booked Sessions and applicable fees/taxes.
- Payments may be held until Session completion as part of platform safety/quality mechanisms.
- Refunds (if any) follow the separate Refund Policy and/or mandatory consumer protection laws.
4. Client Conduct
As a Client, you agree to:
- Treat Avatars respectfully and professionally.
- Not engage in illegal, harmful, or inappropriate behavior.
- Not request illegal, dangerous, or privacy-invasive activities.
- Not solicit Avatars to conduct business outside the Platform.
- Comply with the Code of Conduct.
5. Service Expectations & Disputes
5.1 No Guarantee
Voiyant facilitates connections but does not guarantee specific outcomes, uninterrupted service, or availability of a specific Avatar.
5.2 Disputes
If you have a concern, contact support within 48 hours of the Session (or as otherwise stated in Platform rules), provide relevant details, and allow Voiyant to investigate. Voiyant may facilitate resolution but is not a party to the direct agreement between you and the Avatar.
6. Ratings & Reviews
- Reviews must be honest and based on real experience.
- Reviews must not contain illegal, offensive, defamatory, or private information.
- Voiyant may remove reviews that violate policies.
7. Privacy & Recording
- Respect Avatar privacy and confidentiality.
- Do not record or share Sessions without explicit consent from all parties.
- Protect your account credentials and personal data.
8. Prohibited Activities
- Illegal use of the Platform.
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or discrimination.
- Fraud, chargeback abuse, or manipulation.
- Circumventing Platform fees or safety features.
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
9. Account Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. Voiyant may suspend or terminate your account if you violate the general Terms, these Client Terms, the Code of Conduct, or applicable laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voiyant shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or Sessions.
11. Changes
We may update these Client Terms. Material changes may be communicated via email or Platform notifications.
