Avatar Terms & Conditions

These Avatar Terms supplement the general Terms & Conditions and apply to users acting as Avatars. If there is a conflict for Avatar-specific matters, these Avatar Terms prevail.

1. Avatar Eligibility & Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must provide accurate and complete profile information.
  • You may be required to verify identity (KYC) to receive payouts or for safety/compliance.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations (local, national, and international as relevant).

2. Independent Provider (No Employment)

You act as an independent individual/provider. Nothing creates an employment relationship, agency, partnership, or joint venture between you and Voiyant. You control how you perform Sessions, subject to Platform policies.

3. Avatar Services

3.1 Service Standards

  • Be professional, respectful, and punctual.
  • Provide services consistent with your profile description.
  • Comply with local filming rules, permits, private property rules, and privacy laws.

3.2 Scheduling & Availability

  • Maintain accurate availability schedules.
  • Respond promptly to booking requests.
  • Honor confirmed Sessions or provide reasonable notice for cancellations.

4. Legal Compliance, Safety & Refusal of Requests

You must refuse any Client request that is illegal, dangerous, privacy-invasive, harassing, discriminatory, or violates the Code of Conduct.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Obtaining permissions required to stream from certain venues/locations.
  • Ensuring you do not violate bystanders' privacy rights (as required by local law).
  • Your personal safety and choices during Sessions.

5. Compensation, Fees & Taxes

5.1 Payment Processing

  • Payouts may be processed after successful completion of Sessions.
  • Voiyant retains a platform fee as described in the Platform and/or your dashboard.
  • Payment schedules and methods are displayed in your dashboard.

5.2 Taxes

You are responsible for reporting income and paying applicable taxes, duties, or social contributions in your jurisdiction.

6. Professional Conduct & No Off-Platform Solicitation

  • Do not solicit Clients to conduct business outside the Platform to avoid fees.
  • Do not share credentials or allow others to use your account.
  • Do not engage in fraud, deception, or manipulation of ratings.
  • Comply with the Code of Conduct at all times.

7. Intellectual Property & License

You retain ownership of your original content. By using the Platform, you grant Voiyant a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to display and use your profile information, images, and descriptions for Platform operations, marketing, safety, and trust purposes.

8. Ratings & Reviews

Clients may rate and review Sessions. You agree not to manipulate, falsify, or coerce reviews. Voiyant may remove reviews that violate policies.

9. Suspension & Termination

You may terminate your Avatar account at any time. Voiyant may suspend or terminate your Avatar account if you violate these Avatar Terms, the general Terms, or Platform policies, or if required for safety or compliance.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Voiyant harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your Sessions, your conduct, or your violation of laws or these Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between Avatars and Clients should be addressed through Voiyant support and any dispute process we provide. Voiyant may facilitate resolution but is not a party to the underlying service contract between Users.

12. Changes

We may update these Avatar Terms. Material changes may be communicated via email or Platform notifications.
