  • Log information (IP address, timestamps, diagnostics, fraud/security signals)
  • Usage patterns (features used, performance metrics)

3.3 Location information (with your consent)

We may collect approximate or precise location data only if you enable location permissions. You can disable this at any time in your device settings.

We do not sell your personal information. We also do not store live video/audio content.

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the updated version and revise the "Last Updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through the Platform or email.

14. Payments, Fees & Taxes

Voiyant (operated by SQP SRL, Romania, VAT: RO123456) is a marketplace platform that enables Clients to book and pay for services provided by independent Avatars. Avatars are solely responsible for the services they provide, including service quality, delivery, compliance, and any taxes or reporting obligations applicable to their activity. Voiyant’s role is limited to providing the platform, facilitating payments, and charging platform fees (e.g., a fee charged to Clients and/or a fee retained from amounts payable to Avatars), as displayed before payment and/or in the Avatar dashboard.

Amounts collected on behalf of Avatars are transferred/payout to Avatars according to the platform’s payout rules and may be subject to deductions such as platform fees, refunds, chargebacks, payment processing fees, and legal or compliance requirements. Where applicable, VAT (or other indirect taxes) may apply to Voiyant’s platform fees depending on the user’s location and tax status (B2B/B2C). Voiyant may issue invoices for platform fees to Avatars and business Clients; invoices for individual Clients may be issued upon request, where required by law.
